2. User Accounts & Registration

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when completing your user profile, bio, and profile picture. Impersonating another person or entity is strictly prohibited.

3. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct

NomadPlay allows users to post activity listings, chat in group and direct messaging channels, upload profile images, and interact with other members.

Adult-themed activity posts and discussions are permitted. You may create and participate in activity listings and conversations that have an adult theme or involve adult social activities, provided they comply with the rules below.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree NOT to use NomadPlay to:

1. Post, request, or engage in any illegal activities under applicable laws.
2. Offer, solicit, or advertise paid sexual services, prostitution, or human trafficking.
3. No explicit images are allowed to be uploaded.
4. Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or discriminate against any user.
5. Send spam, unauthorized commercial advertisements, or phishing links in public or private chats.
6. Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the platform.
7. Share any content involving anyone under 18.

4. In-Person Meetups & Safety Disclaimer

• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in any in-person meetup, activity, or event organized through NomadPlay is done entirely at your own risk.
• Personal Safety: You are solely responsible for exercising caution, meeting in public places, informing trusted contacts of your whereabouts, and taking necessary personal safety precautions when meeting strangers.
• No Endorsement: NomadPlay does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the character, safety, or suitability of any user or activity listed on the platform. NomadPlay does not arrange, supervise, or participate in any in-person meetings.

5. Content Moderation & Account Termination

• Right to Monitor: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, moderate, or remove user-generated content, activity posts, or chat messages that violate these Terms.
• Reporting Violations: Users can report inappropriate activity posts, abusive messages, or suspicious profiles by emailing us at nomadlocalz@gmail.com.
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or permanently delete any user account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all text, images, and content you submit to NomadPlay. By uploading content, you grant NomadPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for operating the service.
• Platform: The NomadPlay name, logo, and branding as used on this website are used by the operators of this platform. You may not copy or use the NomadPlay name or logo for your own commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• NomadPlay, its owners, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
• We are not liable for any personal injury, bodily injury, financial loss, emotional distress, or property damage resulting from interactions or meetups with other users met through NomadPlay.
• The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
